What is Let's Talk Health and Care?

Let’s Talk Health and Care is one way to engage digitally with everyone in Norfolk and Suffolk. Like a website, it is a way to provide information, but it can do lots more.

It provides a way to collaborate via a variety of engagement tools, such as surveys, ideas boards, discussion forums, interactive maps, newsletters. More information about engagement tools can be found here.

All the data gathered through the engagement tools can be analysed through the platform’s reporting function. Read more about reporting here.

Let’s Talk Health and Care "widgets" can also help to ensure that your community is well-informed enough to make meaningful contributions to your engagement. To the right of this page, you can see some widgets in action, and you can read more about all the different widgets here.

Who can use Let’s Talk Health and Care for engagement?

It is available for all partners in Norfolk and Suffolk.

Overall site administration is carried out by members of the NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board Partnerships, People & Communities Team, but anyone can have administration rights for their own individual projects, allowing them to create engagement tools and run reports.
