Some people face greater challenges in staying well and accessing healthcare than others. We want to better understand the experiences of people from inclusion health groups, whose voices are often underrepresented in service design and decision-making.
By listening to people's experiences, we hope to learn:
How aware people are of local health services, including screening, vaccinations and health checks.
What helps people access healthcare and what makes it more difficult.
What barriers people experience when trying to get the support they need.
How health services could be designed and delivered in ways that work better for local communities.
The information gathered through these conversations will help local health and care organisations improve services, reduce health inequalities and ensure support is accessible, welcoming and responsive to the needs of people who experience the greatest disadvantage.
We are interested in real experiences, views and ideas. There are no right or wrong answers, and everything shared will help us better understand what matters most to communities.
Please note that you will need to be registered to complete the below survey. If you are not already register, please sign up.
