Tell us your experience of Ear, Nose and Throat Services

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Integrated Care Board is currently reviewing Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) services in our area.


ENT services diagnose and treat conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, head and neck.

This includes problems such as:

  • Hearing loss
  • Ear infections
  • Sinus issues
  • Throat problems
  • Dizziness
  • Snoring
  • Voice difficulties


The service offers specialist assessment, treatment and advice to help patients manage their symptoms and improve their wellbeing.


In Norfolk and Suffolk, ENT services are provided by a variety of providers:

  • NHS Pharmacy First service
  • Hospital based ENT service
  • Community and hospital-based Audiology services

You may also have spoken with other professionals about ENT health, for example your GP or consultant.


We would like to know about your experiences with ENT services to help us understand what works well and what could be improved.
