We are keeping this survey open so we can compare how dental services are for people over time. You can complete it every 3 months if your experience has changed.
At the end of the survey you can express interest in getting more involved in helping us to improve NHS dental care, and enter your details to enter the draw.
Thank you!
NHS dental services provide essential care to help people maintain good oral health and access treatment when they need it.
We know that people's experiences of accessing NHS dentistry can vary, and some communities face greater challenges than others.
We are reviewing NHS dental services across Norfolk and Suffolk to better understand where services are most needed. We want to know:
How we can improve people's access
Make dental care equal and fair to access for all
What we can do to support healthy mouths, teeth and gums
Your experiences and views are incredibly valuable to us.
Do you regularly use NHS dental services?
Have you struggled to get an appointment?
Or maybe you need additional support to access dental care?
Your feedback will help us plan and buy services that better meet the needs of the local people.
