Audiology Services Review

NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board is currently reviewing audiology services in our area.

In Norfolk and Suffolk, audiology services are provided by a variety of providers, and include:

  • Age- related hearing services
  • Community audiology
  • Hearing aid services
  • Ear care e.g. wax removal
  • Ear, nose and throat specialists


We would like to hear from:

  • People who use audiology services
  • Family members or carers
  • Community groups or organisations who support people to access audiology.


We would like to know about your experiences with audiology and hearing support services to help us understand what works well and what could be improved.
